Notes on IDER 2009 Conference Prices

Group Discounts
10% off total for 3 or 4 paying delegates from the same company/organisation or
20% off total for 5 or more paying delegates for the same company/organisation
Terms and Conditions: 1. All delegates must be employees of the company/organisation. 2. The reductions are for conference fees only and do not include extra Networking Dinner tickets. 3. Reductions can only be given if delegates register at the same time. 4. There are no refunds, but delegates' names can be changed.

Government rate is only applicable to government employees (multi-national, national and local; emergency, fire, medical, police & military services), full- time university academics & students, and employees of registered charities.

20% charge for cancellations before 1st September 2009. No refunds after 1st September 2009, although delegate's name may be changed.

FULL Conference Delegate Rate includes lunches and breaks on both days, and includes the Networking Dinner for those entitled to the "FULL GOVERNMENT" rate.
DAY Conference Delegate Rate includes lunch and breaks on that day.

Note: A further 10% Discount on conference fees for MSB, IAEM, ICPEM & ETSA members/employees - no discounts on extra Networking Evening tickets.
